A Word or two, From Grill-Master Bill
Welcome to Food Host Roast, the voice of the food related couch potatoes and travel braggarts everywhere. Though we love to watch the various food hosts an cable and in print, this website will give you an opportunity to vent your frustrations as well as admiration’s. The travel aspect of this site will welcome interesting and hopefully FUNNY travel tales and recommendations. We will also throw in some wine and spirits information as well as recipes for dishes we cover along the way. Your not so humble host, Grill-master Bill, will be the self appointed blowhard and benevolent judge of your submissions.
I am an avid cook and die hard travel addict and am seeking others with the same spirit. My Irish nature and inflamed liver have forced me to the drinking bench, but I have several members of my inner circle who are dedicated wine snobs. We will treat beers with the same reverence that the nations of Germany and Australia do only with less waxing poetic about sausage and kangaroos.
